Admission Requirements

General Requirements for Registration and Admission to the College:

  1. Submitting the registration application within the specified registration period for the program.
  2. Completing the registration form on the college’s website.
  3. Providing the required document copies for registration in each program.
  4. Presenting two academic recommendations or references from an academic or religious institution or individual.
  5. Providing a curriculum vitae (CV).
  6. The applicant must be at least 17 years old.
  7. The applicant should not have been expelled from an educational institution (university, college, academy, etc.) for disciplinary reasons.
  8. Payment of the registration fees.

 

Requirements for Registration and Admission to the Bachelor’s Program in Arabic Islamic Studies:

In addition to the aforementioned general requirements, the following are specific requirements for registration and admission to this program:

First: Registration Requirements for Those Who Are Able to Provide a Copy of Their High School Diploma or Its Equivalent:

  1. Proficiency in the Arabic language, both reading and writing. (Applicants may be required to demonstrate their Arabic language proficiency or take a placement test.)
  2. High school diploma or its equivalent (See requirements in case the applicant is unable to provide a high school diploma or its equivalent).

Second: Registration Requirements for Those Who Cannot Provide a Copy of Their High School Diploma or Its Equivalent:

  1. Proficiency in the Arabic language, both reading and writing. (Applicants may be required to demonstrate their Arabic language proficiency or take a placement test.)
  2. A written request for registration to the college, including a statement explaining the reason for not being able to provide a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  3. A list of courses, lectures, and educational activities the applicant has participated in.
  4. Copies of certificates and documents verifying participation in the courses, lectures, and educational activities the applicant has engaged in.
  5. A certificate indicating the applicant’s Arabic language proficiency level for non-native speakers.
  6. Successful completion of a proficiency placement test.
  7. Passing a personal interview.

Graduation Ceremony

Birmingham College of Humanities (BCH) cordially invites you to the Day of Knowledge and Graduation Ceremony, scheduled to take place, insha Allah, at The New Bingly Hall, B18 5PP, Birmingham, on Sunday, November 3, 2024. The program will consist of a sequence of lectures, discussions, nashids, and Quranic recitations.
